BRILHO – Boosting companies, and lighting lives!

The Mozambican off-grid energy market has shown signs of dynamism and growth potential. Both these elements are reflected in BRILHO Mozambique's investment portfolio, a sustainable energy programme providing access to off-grid clean energy solutions.

Javier Ayala, project manager for BRILHO speaks about the programme and the projects it supports in an interview recently published on ALER's website.

To boost the off-grid market in Mozambique and promote business initiatives that provide clean and accessible energy solutions to the population and companies, the BRILHO programme launched on February 12, 2020, its first call for proposals. The call focused on Solar Home Systems, Green Mini-Grids and Improved Cooking Solutions business initiatives.
