UK-MOZAMBIQUE RENEWABLES SYMPOSIUM
The UK Minister for Exports, Rt. Hon. Minister Graham Stuart and Mozambique Minister for Mineral Resources and Energy, His Excellency Minister Ernesto Max Elias Tonela will be keen to hear directly from the private sector on any concerns people may have with regards to doing business in Mozambique. The event will take place on Thursday, 25th March 2021 at 4h30pm (CAT).
RENEWABLES IN MOZAMBIQUE
From 22 to 23 of March, the Lusophone Renewable Energy Association (ALER) and the Mozambican Renewable Energy Association (AMER), in cooperation with GET.invest Mozambique - funded by the European Union and Germany, and part of the European programme GET.invest, will organize the Europe-Mozambique Investment Forum: Renewables in Mozambique 2021.
The Forum will feature relevant players from the sector, who will provide an overview of the renewable energy sector in Mozambique. There will be presented the initiatives recently launched by the Mozambican Government and its cooperation partners, including investment opportunities through interactive virtual sessions.
On the 24 of March, the Forum will be followed by the Seminar Opportunities for IPP Projects: Renewables in Mozambique 2021, hosted with the support of GET.invest and in partnership with Confederation of Economic Associations (CTA), Mozambique Women in Energy (MWE) and SolarPower Europe.

MOZAMBIQUE GAS SUMMIT VIRTUAL
The Mozambique Gas Summit & Exhibition, organized in partnership with ENH, is recognized as the industry's official meeting place in Maputo. This Summit puts together Government representatives and industry stakeholders to discuss the opportunities available and ensure your company participates in the development of the industry.
In the 7th Edition of the Mozambique Gas Summit, Talumba Katawala was nominated as the moderator of such a prestigious event.
HR FORUM MOZAMBIQUE
The HR Mozambique Forum is an annual meeting point of reference for professionals in the Human Resources sector. An event promoted by ATTITUDE, which is owned by one of MWE'ss active Member, Marlene Sousa.
The Forum's main objectives are:
-Gather the entire community of Human Resources professionals, promoting debates on relevant topics in the area of People Management;
- Bring solutions and new approaches to Human Resources professionals, focused on excellence in the implementation of best People Management practices
MINI-GRIDS IN MOZAMBIQUE -AMER
AMER is a non-profit association that has as its mission the promotion of renewable energy in Mozambique.
AMER OBJECTIVES
Represent the interests of the Associates, functioning as the common voice of the Renewable Energy sector in Mozambique;
Promote awareness and dissemination of the use and recovery of renewable natural resources for sustainable development;
Promote the development of the market and renewable energy projects in Mozambique.
MWE shared its contribution in the webinar represented by Taciana and Mayra.
MOZTECH
Moztech is the largest information and communication technology fair in Mozambique, created in 2014, with the aim of contributing to the development and transformation of the country, placing technology at the service of its people.
In this panel, specialists in the area debate ideas and propose solutions on the universe of information and communication technologies. Topics such as the adequacy of technologies, legislation, production, consumption, infrastructure, and inclusion are commonly under discussion. In the 7th Edition of Moztech MWE was proudly represented by Nilza Abdula and Jocelyne Machevo.
